Comments: I would like to commend you for the excellent work you did on my 12-unit apartment building on the north side of Chicago.  Your technical expertise seemed to me to be impeccable.  Your crew not only did their jobs diligently and efficiently, but they took time to explain to the tenants why they were doing what they were doing.

Perhaps what made me feel that your work surpassed expectations is the effort your staff put into coordinating the work with 12 different households.  Of particular importance to me was a job that no only met code but passed rigorous inspection by Chicago city inspectors.  I was very satisfied with the outcome.
